Ending the last year in style, we're proud to announce a range of new features and integrations to make your UserGuiding experience even more powerful and flexible!
First, we're introducing Salesforce Integration, enabling seamless synchronization between your Salesforce data and UserGuiding. This integration lets you create personalized user experiences by leveraging your CRM data, and get better insights on Salesforce by leveraging your onboarding & help data; all without leaving your workspace. Next, we’ve now expanded our Webhook Integration by adding support for incoming webhooks. In addition to sending data out via outgoing webhooks, you can now receive data into UserGuiding from any third-party application to trigger actions or personalize experiences automatically. Additionally, we’ve made migrating your Intercom Knowledge Base to UserGuiding faster and easier than ever. With just a few steps, you can bring over your published Intercom articles to streamline your support resources. Find out how it works.
Lastly, we’ve enhanced our user filtering options by adding “is unknown” and “has any value” conditions to filter dropdowns. These new options make it easier to segment and analyze users, even when dealing with empty or unknown values in custom attributes.
